Care & Support

Monitoring, security updates, backups, and steady improvements from a team that would rather prevent a fire than bill you to fight one.

Website maintenance services are the difference between a site that quietly compounds value and one that quietly falls apart. Our care plans keep your site monitored, patched, backed up, and moving forward every month.

We build on modern infrastructure like Next.js, Supabase, and Vercel, and we maintain client sites the way we maintain our own products: proactively, with a roadmap, not a ticket queue.

What's included

  • Proactive monitoring
  • Security & dependency updates
  • Continuous iteration
  • Priority support SLAs
01

What our care plans include

Every plan covers the unglamorous work that keeps a site healthy, plus dedicated time each month to actually improve it. You get one team that already knows your codebase, so nothing starts with an archaeology project.

  • Uptime and error monitoring with alerts we act on, often before you notice
  • Security patches and dependency updates applied on a regular schedule
  • Automated backups with tested restores, not just a checkbox
  • Performance checks so speed does not quietly degrade over time
  • A monthly block of development hours for improvements from your roadmap
02

Neglect costs more than maintenance

An unmaintained site does not fail loudly at first. Dependencies age, security holes accumulate, forms silently break, and speed erodes until Google and your visitors both drift away. Then something does fail loudly, usually at the worst possible time, and the emergency rebuild costs more than years of care would have.

Steady maintenance is cheaper than rescue work in every case we have seen. It also means your site keeps pace with your business instead of freezing on launch day.

03

Retainers, not hourly firefighting

Hourly support firms earn money when things break. A retainer flips that incentive: our job is to keep things from breaking and to spend the remaining time shipping improvements you choose, whether that is a new landing page, a booking feature, or conversion tweaks.

We are based in Covington, Louisiana and support clients nationwide, with plans that fit everything from a marketing site to a full web or mobile app. When something urgent does happen, retainer clients go to the front of the line.

FAQ

Care & Support,
answered.

How much do website maintenance services cost?

For a marketing site, typical plans like this land between $150 and $500 per month. Retainers that include meaningful monthly development time usually run between $1,000 and $3,000 per month, and complex web or mobile apps sit above that. We will recommend the lightest plan that genuinely covers your site.

How long does onboarding take if you didn't build my site?

Usually one to two weeks. We review the codebase, hosting, and integrations, set up monitoring and backups, and document what we find. After that first pass we can tell you the site's real condition and what the first few months of care should focus on.

What happens if my site goes down?

Monitoring alerts us, often before you notice, and care plan clients get priority response. Just as important, the routine work in your plan, meaning updates, backups, and regular reviews, makes those incidents rare in the first place.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Plans are month to month, and you can step down a tier or cancel with notice. Your code, content, and accounts belong to you, and if you ever leave we hand over clean documentation and access. We keep clients by being useful, not by locking the door.
