When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you provide — your name, email address, and message, plus company and budget if you include them. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device type, and how you found us. Google Analytics sets cookies for this purpose. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs — IP addresses and request data — for security and reliability.

If you choose to start a conversation with our AI assistant, your audio is streamed to OpenAI to power the conversation in real time, and we receive a transcript and summary so we can follow up. Using the assistant is entirely optional — the contact form and email are always available instead.

We share information only with the service providers that run this site — Supabase (form storage), Vercel (hosting), Google (analytics), and, when you use the voice assistant, OpenAI and our email provider. Each processes your data only to provide their service to us. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

We keep contact inquiries for as long as needed to serve you and maintain business records. You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@outworkdev.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
